Long Island Knights football is the #1 travel select football program on Long Island. Long Island Knights Cheerleaders participate in home and away game sideline cheerleading to support the teams all over the metro-ny area. Many of the Long Island Knights cheerleaders also participate in competitive cheerleading. There are a number of off-season camps and clinics offered as well. The Long Island Knights Cheerleading coaches are all experienced cheerleaders who have either cheered or instructed at the high school, college, competitive, and pro-levels.
